· Integrating the Network devices discovery in ADDM
· Improving the Product discovery coverage in ADDM by addressing discovery issues
· Describing Best Practices in terms of Product discovery, and catalogue management
· Describing what can be discovered by ADDM, and what cannot be
· Interfacing ADDM with ITSM
· Improve the reporting by Implementing BMC Analytics
Technical Skills & experience:
· Proven experience in managing BMC ITSM & ADDM is MANDATORY
· Experience in BMC Software recent version is an asset (ITSM V9.1; ADDM V11)
· Good understanding of Customer needs
· Good knowledge of Network
· Deep knowledge of Operating System (Linux, Windows)
· Overall Understanding of ITSM/ADDM integration onto a large multi-platform environment
· Client Focused
· Team player
· Autonomous, self-learner
· Can easily adapt to new circumstances/technologies/procedures
· Have a good Communication skills required to cooperate with other team members and people from other teams
· Have a Good analytical skills/problem solving skills
· Accurate: focus on quality rather than on speed
· Fluently English mandatory
· French or Dutch
