As a process coach you:
- Co-create, refine, document and explain the Agile Operating Model and the related IT processes.
- Set-up and manage continuous support to all process actors.
Go for continuous improvement together with the people on the field, you:
- Analyse the issues.
- Define, test and coaches the implementation of the appropriate solution.
- Master or equivalent by experience.
- Good oral and written knowledge of Dutch or French and English.
- 2 years ‘experience as a process manager.
- Strong technical writing skills, process methodology, techniques and modelling tools.
- Knowledge and experience in an IT Environment.
- Team player.
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude.
- Good Communication and Influencing skills and good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Structured approach and goal oriented.
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.
