For one of our major clients in the financial sector, we are looking for a Scrum Master.

Your role: 

·         Supports the Product Owner in his work by facilitating healthy dynamics within the department with a focus on respecting priorities and scope.

·         Follows and realizes deliverables agreements and monitors / manages the interdependencies (planning, execution, dependency management, etc.) between the various stakeholders of the department in order to ensure the delivery of the products

·         The scrum master communicates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information.

·         A Senior profile in charge of the E2E Coordination of feature delivery, in alignment with other departments for inter-department dependencies

·         Contribute to the Scrum of Scrum, the Quarterly Agile Planning, the department retrospective,

·         Manage the delivery risks of the feature

·         Ensure efficient feature delivery across Departments

Your profile: 

·         Master or equivalent by experience (civil engineer, commercial engineer, master computer science)

·         The following certifications:

o   Agile Project Manager, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or related

·         Dutch, French and English Mandatory

·         10 – 15 years’ experience

·         Technical Experience:

o   Mandatory:

§  Project management in Agile environment

§  Knowledge of internet platforms and practices

o   Preferable:

§  Knowledge of online banking platforms and MiFID regulation

·         Business Experience:

o   Mandatory

§  Experience in digitalization and archiving of document

§  Experience setting up and integrating software platforms

o   Preferable

§  Knowledge of corporate banking products

·         Soft Skills:

o   Coaching and leading teams

o   Strong people management

o   Pro-active attitude

o   Good Communication and Influencing skills

o   Good analytical and synthesis skills

o   Autonomy, commitment and perseverance

o   Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
