HR Admin Assistant

The Contraste Europe Group builds strong relations with its clients. It offers a range of IT services such as: Advisory, Solutions, Applications and Infrastructure. The Group’s sector focus is with finance, utilities, public institutions and non-commercial organisations. We are operating on three countries located in Belgium, Luxemburg and France.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR Admin Assistant to join our ambitious Recruitment Department to support our day-to-day activities.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch
  • Strong phone, email and face-to-face communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Punctual, accurate and methodical
  • Detail-oriented
  • A good sense of humour

Your role

Your main responsibilities:

  • Prepare and write various HR documents
  • Update the internal database
  • Write and post job descriptions
  • Assist the recruiters by sourcing CV’s and screening candidates
  • Participate to various HR internal projects
