Your profile

Technical skills:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Computer knowledge – proficient in using analytical programs, as well as spreadsheet software and flow-charting tools
  • Writing skills – excellent writing skills in order to produce presentations and reports on findings
  • Knowledge of BPMN tools such as Enterprise Architect, use of BPMN 2.0
  • Knowledge of Office: Excel, Word, Ppt, Visio (strong excel knowledge)
  • Knowledge of VB/VBA
  • Experience in the financial sector (preferably insurance)
  • Fluent English, French and Dutch is a requirement for this role

Your role

  • Analyse Processes: within the “TO-BE” developments foreseen in the integration context help to streamline processes and automate tasks (when possible) while respecting Data Quality guidance.
  • Gather Data and information: gather information via workshops and existing documentation to help document the different steps in the transformation in the integration context and identify any existing gaps.
  • Highlight process improvements and identify automation possibilities by means of BPM tool and flows.
  • Provide documentation including process improvements, process descriptions (process flows & data flows) and high-level presentation to stakeholders.
