The Group’s sector focus is with finance, utilities, public institutions and non-commercial organisations. We are operating on three countries located in Belgium, Luxemburg and France.

Your profile

  • You have 5 years relevant experience in Release and Change Management.
  • You can define and implement process.
  • You have good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL (certification is a plus).
  • Fluent English and French.

Your role

  • You will define, implement and manage the end-to-end processes of Infrastructure Release Management events in accordance with common group standards contributing to maintain a high level of Production stability.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate the end-to-end RM process.
  • Perform impact and risk assessment, individually for each subscription and for the total scope.
  • You assess the maturity of the projects and its release deliverable(s).
  • You perform the necessary operational tasks for the planning, initialisation, follow up and closure of deployments (planning with Infrastructure, coordination of acceptance and production deployments).
  • Manage and escalate exceptions, deviation and conflicts.
  • You lead the transformation.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring that the change management meets its objectives.
