Senior Business Analyst/Agile Project Manager

The Contraste Europe Group builds strong relations with its clients. It offers a range of IT services such as: Advisory, Solutions, Applications and Infrastructure. The Group’s sector focus is with finance, utilities, public institutions and non-commercial organisations. We are operating on three countries located in Belgium, Luxemburg and France.

For one of our major clients in the financial sector, we are looking for a Senior business Analyst/agile project manager.

Our client is building a new IT platform for its products and services. The program is called Unite. The intention is to create a shared value proposition in both countries; to create one company face towards customers and also to simplify both the migration and the maintenance. The program was started in Q1 2017 and will continue for several years.

Daily Banking department is searching for an experienced, business, all-round Senior Business Analyst/Agile Project Manager to support the current business project team.

Your profile

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills (the team operates in a project environment)
  • Strong facilitation skills (you should be able to facilitate workshops)
  • Excellent communication (you should be able to explain difficult matters in an easy language)
  • Excellent stakeholders management and conflict handling skills (you will be often faced with conflicts of interests)
  • Quick learnability (you need to deep dive in technical details on how banking products work)
  • Forward looking and with a change mind-set (you need to facilitate decisions taking about the future of the bank) in alignment with your PO (Product Owner)
  • English and Dutch is a must (you will be working in an international team from Belgium and The Netherlands)
  • Affinity with IT (you will be working with IT stakeholders on a daily basis)

Your role

  • Creating a target value proposition for both countries in terms of both products and services
  • Organizing deep dives on specific topic
  • Understanding how accounts are build today in BE and NL and how they should look like in the future
  • Creating the commercial migration roadmap including decoupled products migration
  • Facilitation of decision taking by experts and senior leaders
  • Getting done what has to be done in order to make it happen
