Your profile

The profile we are looking for is a “Digital Transformation” passionate with :
• at least 5Y experience in ICT
• a strong sales appetite idealy associated to a strong and significant technical backgroungs
• You have a succesful expertise in the infrastructure domain, in leading teams to their commercial and technical goal
• You do not hesitate to transform if required to get the team objectives
• You have affinity with the management and the understanding of Financials (budget, Fcst, Capex/opex, ebitda…)
• You understand the external market and its evolution as you are getting inspired by outside world and our customers needs
• accountability, collaboration and agility are part of your value
• You are able to deal with Ambiguity
• You can communicate and inspire others
• you can speak French; Dutch and Engels

Your role

As Business leader of the development of the value proposal of the solution house SMI-Networking
• you are accountable for a yearly Revenue of 45€Mio+ in Belgium (100Mio+ in Benelux)
• You lead a direct team of high skilled specialist, advisors, product manager in the Access, datacenter networking ,SDWAN and associated domain
• You are accountable for the development of customer oriented roadmap to grow our company position in both ME and COR market in Belgium
• To get to your objective you will be supported by a strong team of specialised sales and a broad team of high skilled engineers in charge of the implementation of the networking project
• In the context of the Softwarisation of the infrastructure, your will act as major actor of the global Networking E2E transformation (From Sales, marketing to delivery)
• You will be accountable for the development of professional and managed services related to the infrastructure to support our customer transformation (deep infra transformation driven by the migration to the public cloud, the emergence of SDX technology, MPN5G, Wifi6 and edge computing)
• You will interact with Nederland and Luxembourg peers to develop a Benelux competence pool to better serve our customers ie the Benelux thanks to the global our company ecosystem
