IT Front Support

The Contraste Europe Group builds strong relations with its clients. It offers a range of IT services such as: Advisory, Solutions, Applications and Infrastructure. The Group’s sector focus is with finance, utilities, public institutions and non-commercial organisations. We are operating on three countries located in Belgium, Luxemburg and France.

For one of our major clients in the financial sector, we are looking for an IT Front Support.

Your profile

  • You have minimum 3 years’ experience in a support role
  • You speak French and English (Dutch is a must)

Your role

You will be part of the IT Support Business Unit.

As IT Front Support, you will:

  • Support the Front (web based) solutions of the company
  • Handle the IT Front incidents
  • Analyse and coordinate the fix
