Your profile

Knowledge and experience:

  • Master's level or equivalent based on experience.
  • Between 3 and 5 years' experience in Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of IT businesses and experience in the recruitment and selection of IT profiles is a distinct advantage.
  • Have a very good command of French, Dutch and English.

Your role

  • Recruitment of new candidates matching with the clients’ requests.

  • Definition of the most efficient way to find candidates through different channels:

  • Via job sites (StepStone, Monster, ICTjob, VDAB,…)

  • Linkedin.

  • Direct search.

  • Own network.

  • Maintain and further develop Contraste’s candidate database using a CRM tool.

  • In charge of various steps of the recruitment process in close interaction and reporting with the direct manager:

    • Screen CV’s.

    • Conduct the interviews.

  • Present relevant candidates reports including:

  • Personality reports (soft skills, attitude).

  • Languages.

  • Relevance of technical knowledge vs requests (hard skills).

  • Financial package overview.
