Contraste’s Board of Directors gets strengthened with a renowned personality of the ICT world in Belgium and Luxembourg!
Mr Bart Van Den Meersche is Enterprise Market Officer of Proximus, which he joined in January 2011, after 28 years of experience in the ICT sector, of which 16 years in different Executive Management positions. He is also member of the Board of Proximus/Telindus Luxembourg, Proximus SpearIT, BeMobile and of Belgian Mobile ID (Itsme).
With the contribution of this new director, Contraste’s Board will represent an excellent summary of client expectations and IT service expertise. It places the company in the ideal condition for continuing its growth.
The other members of Contraste’s Board of Directors are:
- Mr Benoît Pirotte, CEO and Managing Director of Contraste Europe for the last 20 years. Under his leadership, the group has seen a continuous growth and its turnover has grown 50-fold. Benoît is also Vice President of Agoria Digital Industries.
- Mr Bernard Marchant, Director of Contraste Europe since 2006. M. Marchant is CEO of the Rossel group since 2000, a leading news publisher.
- Mr Jean-Pierre Cardinael, Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2006. He will release his chair during 2019.
- Mr Jean-Paul Adans, new Executive Director. He is CIO of the Contraste Europe group since 2014.
