Our Competence Centres support our excellence in strategic areas, such as business analysis, project management, service management, application development, data intelligence, cloud services and document management, and are also part of Contraste Innovation.
Our Service Management Competence Centre manages the methodologies used mostly for Service Level based engagements. The team includes the experienced managers who have set up and run many Service Desks, User Support or Service Transition projects.
Their task is to maintain the company's knowledge about Service Management. Among others, they maintain the standard templates we use in these projects, such as, for example, Service Level Agreements, Statements of Work, RACI matrices and Reporting.
The methods for organising Service Desks and meeting the agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators are constantly improved and tuned.
The Competence Centre maintains the training plans for all professionals involved in these services, and its members deliver themselves all Contraste-specific trainings.
Most members of this competence centres carry several certifications, such as ITIL (from Foundation to Master), CobIT and Prince2.
Our Competence Center “Business Analysis” is composed of highly-skilled and experienced consultants currently working in the top-tier of Belgian financial institutions. Our dedicated team is active in numerous domains such as Credits & Credit Risk, Securities, Financial Markets, Core banking, Payments, Life & Non-Life Insurance, Re-Insurance, IAM, HR Management, Group Insurance and Administration.
The team is composed of a large panel of professional such as Functional Analysts, Business Analysts, Project Manager or PMO. Our Project Management Competence Centre takes care of this evolution. Focus is placed on transparency, continuous and direct dialogue among actors, and overall, on a continuous validation effort in order to ensure that the project remains in line with the stakeholders’ goals and expectations.
The members of this Competence Centre keep a high degree of education and certification, among others PMP, Prince2 and Scrum Master.
